These are integrated sessions, including Royal Internal Power Tai Chi, Health Qi Gong-Daoyin-Yi Jin Jing (Changing Classic)-Wu Qin Xi (Five Animals Frolics) and Chinese Medicine Exercises. Royal Internal Power Tai Chi Focus on the principles while practising Tai Chi form, experience and taste the true art of Tai Chi Health Qi Gong_ Daoyin Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine concerning viscera and meridians, yin-yang and the five elements, and qi and blood. Easy to learn, suitable for all ages, and effective for keeping good health and prolonging life. Health Qi Gong-Yi Jin Jing ( Changing Classic) A health and fitness exercise handed down from ancient China. It features extended, soft and even movements displaying graceful charm, and it focuses on the spine's turning and flexing, thus invigorating the limbs and internal organs. These movements have been proved to improve health and fitness, prevent diseases, lengthen life and improve the intellect. In particular, its practice has awe-inspiring effects on the respiratory system, flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. It can also prevent and cure diseases of the joints, digestive system, cardiovascular, and nervous diseases. If Pay-As-You-Go on the first indoor class, then you decide to enrol subsequently for a term, the first-class fee will be deducted from the cost of the term.
You can pay by:
- bank transfer three days in advance, and please inform by email once you have transferred the fee.
- Cash in class on the day you come.
Tai Chi classes require no unique clothing or equipment. Wearing comfortable clothes and footwear are recommended.
