Tai Chi Sword

Yang Style 32-Step Sword Form

The sword serves as a graceful extension of Tai Chi, symbolizing its beauty and precision. Those who wield it are often believed to embody righteousness. Their inner energy, in harmony with Tai Chi, amplifies the sword's power and elegance. Within the 32 Forms lies the complete essence of Yang-style Tai Chi, augmented by the channelling of powerful qi through the sword.
