Health Qi Gong-Yi Jin Jing ( Changing Classic)

A health and fitness exercise handed down from ancient China. It features extended, soft and even movements displaying graceful charm, and it puts focus on the turning and flexing of the spine, thus invigorating the limbs and internal organs. Theses movement have been proved to be able to improve health and fitness, prevent diseases, lengthen life and improve the intellect. In particular, practice of it has very impressive effects on the respiratory system, flexibility, balance and muscular strength. it can also prevent and cure diseases of the joints, digestive system, cardiovascular system and nervous system. 

This refreshing exercise has impressive health and fitness effects, and is adaptable to all age groups.

Concessionary rate is available to those who enrol a term and present proof of their student, over 65, or unwaged status. 

 Payment is non-refundable. 

If Pay-As-You-Go on the first indoor class, then you decide to enrol subsequently for a term, the first class fee will be deducted from the cost of the term. 

You can pay by:

  1. bank transfer 3 days in advance (the details will be told by email) and please inform by email once you have transferred the fee.
  2. cash in class on the day you come.
  3. cheque in class made payable to MR  DING.  

* If you missed the beginning, we could arrange personal training or small group for you to catch up. The small fee will charge.

 General Information:

 Our Tai Chi classes normally consist of: Introduction; Guided relaxation; Warming up; Qi Gong Exercise; Learning new movements; Moving together and Cooling down exercises.

 Tai Chi classes requires no special clothing or equipment.  Wearing loose comfortable clothes and footwear are recommended.

For your own safety students may be advised to consult your GP before beginning your any new exercise regime.
